This Privacy Policy describes how Interview New York ("INY") gathers and uses personal information when you use INY's website, http://www.interviewnewyork.com (the "Site"), including information provided when you register for an account.

1. Children
The Site is NOT directed to or intended for children under the age of thirteen. Children under thirteen years of age may not register to use the Site. INY does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under thirteen, please do not attempt to register for INY or send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number or email address. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of thirteen, we will delete that information and the account as quickly as possible.
We recommend that minors thirteen years of age or older ask their parents permission before sending any information about themselves to anyone over the Internet. If you are between thirteen years old and eighteen years old, you must receive parental consent before your account registration is complete. You can browse the Site and watch videos on the Site without having a registered account. You can also contact INY through the Help function or by emailing INY at info@interviewnewyork.com.
General Data Collection
For certain activities, such as uploading videos, posting comments or tagging videos, you must register for an account. When you register for an account with the Site, INY will ask you for personal information, including your name, email address and an account password, which is used to protect your account from unauthorized access. When you use the Site, INY may record information about your usage of the Site, such as which other users you communicate with, the videos you watch, the frequency and size of data transfers, the amount of time you spend on the Site and the information you display about yourself. If you contact us, INY may keep a record of your communication in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services.
